CIRCUS SCHOOL
The Circus School operates an 8 week term, with classes running each week at our training centre in Bowden. Each terms curriculum is carefully planned by the Artistic Director to ensure that over the term, participants will experience a range of circus skills including:
Manipulation: ball, club and contact juggling; diablo; flowersticks; poi; staff; spinning plate
Acrobatics: handstands; tumbling; human pyramids; duo hand balancing
Balance: stilts; rolla bolla; tight wire; slack wire; globe
Aerial: trapeze; tissu; corde lisse; cloudswing
Performance: entrances, exits, bows and theatre craft
New skills are added to the teaching curriculum as the necessary training apparatus are purchased.

Fees are charged on a term-by-term basis and are free of GST. Existing students must re-enrol and pay term fees before the end of the current term. New students must enrol and pay term fees before the commencement of the new term. Students are entitled to concession rate if their parent/caregiver holds a Healthcare, Centrelink or Full-time Tertiary Student Card and a 10% discount applies for a second or subsequent child in the same family enrolled in the same term. Cirkidz accepts payment by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, credit card or direct deposit into Cirkidz bank account BSB 035-033, account 162559. Payments made by credit card will attract a 2% surcharge. Direct deposit payments must include the participants name and class in the reference field. Full payment must accompany enrolment form. Cirkidz reserves the right to alter details of programs at any stage. All classes are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants; you will be notified if a class is cancelled. There is a no-refund policy on all Cirkidz classes. We offer classes for children as young as 2½; and have had sixty-year-old students in the Adultz Class! There are several classes to choose from.
